Campaign Unavailable We're sorry, this alert is no longer available. If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit Center for Science in the Public Interest. The short explanation of this alert was: Assemblyman Douglas Fisher has a bill (A1407) that would require fast-food and other chain restaurants to post calorie and other key nutrition information on their menus and menu boards. Similar policies have passed in New York City, San Francisco, King County (Seattle), and Santa Clara County in California. People in New Jersey deserve similar information. Without clear, easy-to-use nutrition information, it’s difficult to make informed choices at chain restaurants. Otherwise how can you know that a tuna sandwich has 50% more calories than a roast beef sandwich? Or that a small chocolate milkshake at McDonald’s has more calories than a Big Mac? We need your support to pass menu labeling in New Jersey. Please send a message today to your State Representative and the Speaker of the Assembly and urge them to pass a menu labeling bill in New Jersey.
